Technical notes: All CDs work on Windows non-NT only and require that you email us for an unlock code. All web courses are best viewed using Internet Explorer, and are accessible from a Mac as well. CDs and books include the price of shipping. For web courses only: After you pay for the course, we will be notified, and send you an email with a user name and password. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. For problems, contact sales@uohc.com. If you are paying for web courses, for several people, you must send an email to sales@uohc.com with their names and email addresses so we can send them course entry instructions. If you have a purchase order number, and you are purchasing online by credit card, you can enter it under instructions when you purchase and it will appear on your receipt. If you wish to handle purchase orders by paper, you may use the price list here, add 25% for handling the paperwork for orders under $500, and send your information to sales@uohc.com. After payment is received, we will contact you about setting up your users on the online system (if you order web courses) or will ship you the books or CDs that you ordered.
